Fasting or Light Eating: To allow cacao to work deeply, fast or eat lightly a few hours before.
Dress Comfortably: Bring a sacred item or symbol of intention to charge with the ceremony's energies.
Bring: A journal, pen, blanket or shawl, and an open heart.
